SOUTHERN CHAMPIONSHIP TRAIL FISHING

1st Annual Sourthern Trail Championship Tournament October 30,31 2010

The first annual championship tournament will be held the last weekend in October. It is open to all current members who have competed in at least 4 regular season tournaments. The entry fee is $200 per boat-- big fish pot included. Full fields will compete on both days of competition.

Day 1 of tournament competition will be held at Badin Lake. Boats and nonboater will convene at Circle Drive Landing

Day 2 of tournament competition will be held at High Rock Lake. Boaters and nonboaters will convene at Tamarac Landing

Tournament days will be kicked-off at safe light each day. Weigh in times will be announced on those days (8 hours)

Awards for regular season tournaments will be handed out at Tamarac Landing on the second day of competition following the final weigh in. Hamburgers and hot dogs will also be provided at that time courtesy of 3D Landscapes INC.

Championship fees and eligibility: Championship entry fees will be $200 for spring trail which will be a two day event. After day one, the championship field will be reduced to two thirds.
All entrys fees that are payed with checks must be in no later than 14 days prior to the championship. Checks will not be accepted after that point, cash registrations will only be accepted.

The Championship venue and details will be announced during the middle of the season to all anglers. To qualify you must finish in the top fifty in points or have fished five events or more tournaments to be eligibile to fish in the championship.

Cash will be rewarded to the winners at the ramp. Trophies will be handed to the winners and the angler of the year will be crowned. Other prizes and awards will be giving out prior to the championship presentation. Teams may use subs two times in qualify events. No subs allowed for you or your partner in the championship.
